At Epic Art Story, we offer both ready-made products and bespoke framing services.
Due to the nature of these offerings, different return policies apply.
1. Ready-Made Products (Online Shop)
This includes:
Ready-made frames
Framed prints
Prints
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items must be unopened where applicable (e.g. framed prints)
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, used, or not in a resaleable condition.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, especially for fragile items
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within up to 10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery costs are refundable up to the standard delivery rate only.
Any express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Bespoke Picture Framing (Made-to-Measure Services)
All bespoke framing orders are custom-made to your specifications.
Important
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made goods are non-refundable.
This means:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded once completed, unless faulty
We take great care to:
Confirm all specifications before production
Advise on materials and finishes
Ensure the final result meets your expectations
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of:
The item
The packaging
We will assess the issue and offer:
A replacement
A repair
Or a refund, where appropriate

We only offer exchanges where items are faulty or damaged.
